* Proven experience in executive protection / close protection
* Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills
* European citizenship or valid EU work authorization
* Experience working in the private sector with high-profile individuals
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and operational awareness
* Ability to operate independently, stay calm under pressure, and maintain exceptional standards at all times
